Dina Deeds is an actively practicing Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 23 years' experience in a variety of clinical healthcare settings ranging from Occupational Health, Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractics and Digestive Health screenings. She has spent the past fifteen years living and working here in the Flathead, splitting her time assisting as RN on one of the only all-female Endoscopy teams in Montana, while also working towards the goal to improve the quality of life for her patients through advanced therapeutic techniques in her massage practice.

Dina’s paradigm for optimal health is to enable her clients to be active participants in their journey to personal wellness, offering useful tools of rehabilitation and preventative maintenance measures with personalized instruction that often lead to sustainable results for her clients. Dina understands the joy and challenges that living in the high country brings, she loves art and outdoor recreation including Nordic and tele skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, SUP, and rafting. She has lived in the Rocky Mountains all her adult life recognizing that we must pay special attention to our bodies, integrating multidisciplinary modalities so that we can fully enjoy all the natural beauty that surrounds us.
