Posie is an intuitive and skillful bodyworker, having studied Reiki, Massage, Herbalism, and is now is school for Shiatsu, she brings in a holistic and grounded approach to healing. With deep presence, Posie harnesses the intelligence of life in her sessions, meeting each person where they are and inviting their body to unwind, find balance and release holding patterns. Aiming to cultivate a sense of peace, ease, and self connection within every treatment. Posie’s sessions are deep and nourishing. She began training in the healing arts at young age and continues to receive mentorship in the fields of intuitive awareness , elemental medicines, and ancient healing wisdom.

Outside of work you may find Posie wandering wild places, weaving, studying her many passions, or wildcrafting.
