Sarah is Vibe's dual licenced practitioner, offering bodywork and esthetic services to all the friendly local and visiting faces to Whitefish, MT. She grew up in the Flathead Valley and has been practicing in Whitefish for the last 6 years. 

Sarah loves providing a therapeutic approach with a relaxing touch to anyone struggling with pain, injury, high stress, or lack of mobility. Using her training in assisted stretching, Thai and Sarga modalities to assess and improve tissue. She also has extensive Eminence product knowledge to help clients with skin care concerns, providing a relaxing and skin rejuvenating facial. She is always striving to elevate her client's experience by pursuing continuing education that is holistic and nurturing so clients can leave feeling replenished. 

Life in the mountains is busy, active and sometimes it can feel like if you're not hiking the next peak you aren't doing enough, but in the treatment room Sarah reminds us it is okay to slow down, come into our bodies, feel and release. Mountain life can also be about grounding and remembering to take care of yourself before you go back out and pour back into the community. 

Outside of the Spa, you'll find Sarah hitting the slopes, the WF trails or off on an adventure in the Bob with her dad.
